Easy workout today
We've been hitting it pretty hard since Sundays long ride with Monday doing a 26 mile TT steady state interval workout followed by a race pace 2 mile brick run, and it was in the 90+ degree heat. Tuesday we did high wattage jump intervals so tonight was just an easy ride and run. We actually rode to the beach to get an open water workout in only to find it too windy and rough to swim. We rode home and did an easy 5k run and now I'm done for the night, not to mention I'm tired and my body is cooked. We're doing the Lorain Triathlon this weekend and the Presque Isle Triathlon next weekend, then it's crossin out til the end of the year!
