I say this in a sarcastic way though. Actually Tony and I had a good trainer workout tonight. After he finished "posing" for the camera we did some climbs, jumps, and some flats at about 250 watts. We ended up at just over an hour while listening to our favorite Black Crow's CD. Definately motivational while riding in the "bike room"
