I'm not going to blog about the Applefest 5k race even though it had over 900 racers in it on a beautiful Saturday morning and everyone that ran, ran pretty good, especially Madison and Mikaylie Park and Courtney Sullivan who all set PR's on a course where PR's aren't really the norm and Angela's son Ben, for his first "real" 5k who ran an outstanding 18:23 , but I am going to say that I'm really blessed to have such a great friend with such a great family, friends and families like you don't come around very often Doug. Thanks again for a great weekend Doug and Angela!
