A few of us have been riding and trail running from Kirtland hills on Wednesdays for about a month now. We usually start the run at about 4:30 running Penitentiary Glen, Holden Arboretum, etc. Next week we're meeting at Chapin Forest to run the trails there and we'll be riding before hand as well. Usually we get in between 20 and 25 on the bike then it's an hour or longer trail run. If anyone wants to join in gimme a yell.
