We've been out on the bikes quite a bit lately and the form is coming along. We've just been doing endurance, climbing and a little bit of tempo with a sprint finish at the end of the rides with no sprint intervals or hard tempo sets yet. Tonight was the best ride yet, we did our local 35 mile climbing loop which consists of short steep hills and some steady state long tempo climbs which equaled a good solid two hour training ride . Legs are coming along and the knee is feeling pretty good on the bike, good stuff!
