Multi sport athletes

It's great to be a multi-sport athlete around Northeastern Ohio. There are more races around here now than ever. Between all the wonderful trail running races that have became so popular in the past few years to the great cyclocross series, triathlons, duathlons and bike races along with all the running race series', open water swims and kayak and canoe races and xc ski races we could actually race something different every weekend all year round if we wanted to. Along with the weekly bike races (Westlake and the Leroy TT) even the straight up bike racers can race their bikes at least twice a week during road season, not including weekend races, how could we ask for more? Of course it's nice to travel to an event or two each year to race other venue's and against other competition, but how can you beat the Cuyahoga Valley and the North Chagrin Reservation for trail running, the tri's right off the North Coast of Lake Erie and the inland State Park lakes, the road and criterium races that the area is noted for that are promoted by the local bike clubs and of course all the great venues for cyclocross...wow. So if you do it all, run, bike swim, ski and kayak, you are very fortunate to live in such a race friendly part of the country.
