Gettin' ready

for the Greater Cleveland Tri this weekend with some light fast workouts during the week. I'm hittin' up the Tuesday morning Fairport breakwall swim tomorrow for the first time. This swim is from the beach front to the breakwall and back which is about 1.2 miles total and is held every Tuesday morning and attracts LOTS of swimmers. Afterward Kathy Roe makes a nice breakfast under the pavilion for everyone so they can recharge the carbo stores that were lost in Lake Erie. Later in the day we're doing our track workout. I do actually have a job, I just have lots of vacation........ Life is good and I'm blessed to be able to participate in this great sport with some great people!
