Jacob Fetty met us at the shop this morning for about an hour and a half meeting on racing strategies, tactics and questions and answers. After the meeting we headed down to the Valley near the Covered Bridge race course to practice race tactics all at very intense race pace. We split up into 5-5 man teams and did sprint lead outs, break aways, bridges, counters, etc. Everyone rode very hard today and Rudy said after we were done that he hasn't gone that hard since last year at Westlake, I confer!
