Training stuff

Scott, Tony and I ran a nice 8.86 mile training pace run this afternoon in 1:10. Ran on dirt nursery roads, pavement and an old abandoned runway at Casement Airport. Great run today. Tomorrow is a 2+ hr training ride on the road bikes leaving from the North Chagrin. Kickin back right now with a nice Fat Tire Amber Ale straight from Ft Collins Colorado and from Mike Vanucci, Nice beer, Thanks Mike.
